Only people at the right level who have completed your orientation are offered the shift. You get the name in writing.

Founded by a working paramedic
ShiftReady was started by a New York State paramedic and EMS training officer who knows what a short-staffed agency needs at 0600 on a Saturday: someone qualified who shows up. Our screening follows written procedures, and every credential is checked at the source before a first shift and tracked until it expires.
